POST PROJECT INSPECTIONS

Interim Inspections

Interim inspections are carried out by the SpectraROOF Technical Services Department with the SpectraROOF registered contractor present. It is part of our quality control system used to establish that the roof installation is being installed in accordance with the SpectraROOF project specific specification.

During the inspection a 22-point checklist is completed, checking items from the vapour control layer installation to the type and amount of fasteners in the system and that only fully trained SpectraROOF operatives are installing the system.

Final Inspections

Final inspections are carried out by the SpectraROOF Technical Services Department with the SpectraROOF registered contractor present. The final inspection is part of our quality control system and is used to inspect the completed roof installation. All remedial items highlighted during the previous inspections are to have been completed.

During the inspection a 22-point checklist is completed. Once satisfied that the installation has been installed in accordance with the SpectraROOF project specific specification then the SpectraROOF guarantee will be issued to the Roofing contractor.

Re-Inspections

Re-inspections are carried out by the SpectraROOF Technical Department with the SpectraROOF registered contractor present. They are part of our quality control system used to ensure that the roof installation has been installed in accordance with the SpectraROOF project specific specification.

All remedial items highlighted during the previous final inspection are checked that they have been rectified. Once satisfied that the installation has been installed in accordance with the SpectraROOF project specific specification then the SpectraROOF guarantee will be issued to the Roofing contractor.
